This wonderful old house is in pretty good condition for being 100 years old. It has such character and charm. It would probably cost 3/4 of a million dollars to construct a similar abode in todays dollars.

You hardly notice a storm approaching when the windows are down. It is very sound and firm and rarely do I ever feel it shake or vibrate from a thunderstorm.
